How it works

You need a dedicated virtual number and a paid Zapier subscription. Your default shared virtual number can’t receive SMS messages, and Salesforce is a premium Zapier feature. You can, however, use the free subscription plan just to test this integration.

When it’s all said and done, you can start asking your customers to text into your dedicated virtual number with their name and email address. Zapier will take care of the rest and create a New Lead in your Salesforce account.
