[New SMS API Feature] Edit dedicated virtual number options

We’re excited to introduce a new API call, edit-number-options, which enables you to edit your dedicated virtual number options, like SMS to email forwarding, SMS to number forwarding, and welcome message.

This API call should make things more convenient, since you no longer need to log into your Burst account to make edits.
