[New Feature] Update contact details via a link to a web form

Contact information can change frequently overtime. It’s important that you stay on top of this, as you may no longer be able to contact your hard earned leads.

Through our new feature, you can update contact details easily through a simple link generated directlyfrom our platform.

Just follow these steps:

1. Login to your Burst SMS account, and click on the “Send SMS” tab
2. Prepare your message, and then click to expand the “Add a Track Link” dropdown and scroll down to “Contact Update Form”

That’s how simple it is. All links generated from the Contact Update Form are also unique for every recipient.
