With Valentine’s Day just around the corner, add some love to your SMS marketing campaigns with an emoji.
Emojis add personality and emotion to the most mundane text messages, and they make them more fun and memorable. Plus, love emojis are some of the most popular emojis in the world.
Here are some interesting stats:
- People are 4 times more likely to respond to a message with an emoji (Intercom)
- 3 of the top 10 emojis used on an iOS device contain a heart (Emoji Stats - January 2019)
- People use 60 million emojis on Facebook and 5 billion on Messenger on any given day (Adweek)

Highlight and copy the emoji of your choice from the Emoji column below, and then paste it when you compose an SMS. If you’re looking for more, check out the master list.

Keep in mind that as soon as you add an emoji, your SMS campaign switches to support Unicode, which is larger in size. Instead of getting 160 characters per SMS, you now get 70 characters. Your message needs to be brief unless you don’t mind sending an extra message or two for each recipient.
Emoji Keywords
